This SoCal husband and wife duo have been crafting fire roasted pepper, vinegar based hot sauce for twelve years now. We use the Habanero Hot Sauce in our Brazen Buffalo Wing Flavor. The nuanced flavor that Red Beards gets by fire roasting their peppers really creates and addictive and satisfyingly hot flavor.

INDEPENDENT project press

This man is an artist-and consequently that makes every one of our bags truly special. Musician, artist & designer Bruce Licher founded Independent Project Press after learning the art of letterpress printing at the Women's Graphic Center in downtown Los Angeles at the beginning of 1982. Each one of our bags are printed on his antique printing presses and have to be hand fed, one at a time. The result is a gorgeously saturated, one of a kind package that really is art.

This certified organic, B-Corp, creamery has been crafting the worlds best cheese since the 1930’s. No really, the cheese makers recently received the top honor of “World’s Best Cheese” at the prestigious World Cheese Awards. We use their powdered Blue Heaven on our Brazen Buffalo Wing almonds to lend a savory zing and really complete the buffalo wing experience. We also completely identify with their mission: People dedicated to sustainability, service, and the art and tradition of creating the world’s finest, organic, handmade cheese.
